I. Maintenance Status and Necessity of DC Screen Battery

In a DC panel battery system, it can be said that the battery is the backbone of the system, and the DC panel without battery can only be called a constant voltage and frequency stabilization (CVCF) power supply. The reason why DC screen can achieve uninterrupted power supply is because of the storage battery. When the electricity is abnormal, the inverters directly transfer the chemical energy of the storage battery into AC energy, which makes the electrical equipment run continuously. At present, valve-controlled sealed lead-acid batteries are widely used in DC screen power supply, accounting for 1/4-1/2 of the total cost of DC screen power supply. Not only that, the actual maintenance also shows that about 50% of the DC screen power failure is related to the maintenance of storage battery. The failure of German sunlight batteries is mainly manifested by insufficient terminal voltage, insufficient capacity or instantaneous discharge current that does not meet the requirements of on-load start-up.
Normally used DC screens have a battery life of 3 to 5 years, but at present, a considerable part of the batteries in China have been in use for less than one year, which is mainly due to the lack of necessary maintenance the day after tomorrow. It is worth noting that many users are not clear about the health status of batteries in DC system because of the lack of necessary test and maintenance means, which leaves hidden dangers for the normal operation of DC system.
1. Necessary detection tool: "A rat dung, spoiled a pot of soup". More than a dozen batteries in series, as long as one is damaged prematurely, if not found in time, it will take a long time, and other batteries will be scrapped, making good batteries into bad batteries.
